The Authority is undertaking Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) to inform the market and the development of an accredited Crisis Resilience Fund advice service for residents of North East Lincolnshire. The purpose of this engagement is to: * Inform the market of the upcoming procurement * Inform the market of engagement undertaken to date * Understand current market strengths, gaps, challenges and barriers to delivery accredited provision. * Gain insight into how local advice services could be strengthened to improve referral pathways and support early interventions. * Ensure that any future procurement is proportionate, delivers value for money and reflects the needs of residents and stakeholders. Through this market engagement, the Authority wishes to better understand: * The level of market interest in delivering the proposed service. * Opportunities for partnership, consortium or alliance-based delivery. * Effective approaches to triage, referral management and prioritisation. * The capacity of providers to deliver preventative and early intervention support. * Risks, challenges and dependencies that should be considered within any future procurement. The Authority is interested in feedback on a range of potential delivery approaches, including: * A single lead accredited provider model. * A consortium or partnership model involving multiple organisations with capacity building to support a quality standard of advice. * Community-based triage and navigation functions. * Models that build capacity within the wider voluntary and community sector through training, resources and responsive referral pathways.
