Summary of the contracting process

Fife Council is seeking a supplier to provide annual servicing of mechanical ventilation with heat recovery (MVHR) units installed in new-build and existing housing stock throughout Fife. The service covers inspection and servicing of the units, which help ventilate homes and reduce the risk of condensation and mould. Bidders must provide plans for tenant access, reporting, data, local economic development, social value through national TOMS and Fair Work First.
