Provision of cloud-based Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and associated managed services to support the organisation's core IT systems. The contract covers the supply, operation and management of secure, scalable hosting environments, including compute, storage, networking, monitoring, backup, disaster recovery capability and service management functions. The supplier will provide ongoing technical support, incident management, performance optimisation and compliance with relevant security and data protection standards.
