The Police and Crime Commissioner for Dyfed Powys is in the planning stage of a procurement process titled "Children Who Harm". This tender involves procuring intervention services for children who use harm, specifically focusing on child-to-parent/caregiver abuse and teenage relationship abuse. The main industry category is services, particularly under social work and related services. Located in the UK, specifically in regions UKL14 and UKL24, this procurement has a scheduled milestone date of 23rd July 2026 for expressions of interest and Teams information session attendance. The total estimated contract value is £3.6 million, with a gross amount of £4.32 million in GBP.

This procurement presents substantial opportunities for businesses in the social services sector, particularly those experienced in providing intervention services for vulnerable individuals. Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and voluntary, community, and social enterprises (VCSEs) are encouraged to express interest, highlighting the inclusive nature of the tender. Companies well-versed in collaborating with statutory agencies, such as local authorities and health boards, and those compliant with Welsh Language Standards would be well-suited for this tender. Participation could foster business growth by expanding service offerings and establishing partnerships with public entities in Wales.
