Notice Description
Following the standstill period which began with the publishing of the UK6 Contract Award Notice on 2nd September 2026, we are now issuing the UK7 Contract Details Notice . University of Chester invited tenders via the open procedure for the Provision of Lift Maintenance Services throughout the University. We have awarded one contract for the co-ordination, management, administration and completion of these services. Please note that any future lift installation works would be by separate tender and are not part of the scope or requirements for this tender. All maintenance services will be delivered to SFG20 requirements, and the administration and management of these tasks will be required to be delivered using the University's CAFM software Q2 from Quantarc. Full details of the specification and requirements were outlined in the tender document set which was available via the University's In-Tend portal.
