Notice Title
Custody Based Youth Work Supporting Young People Aged 18-25
Notice Description
The aim of the Custody-Based Intervention Service is to engage young adults aged 18-25 at a critical point of contact within police custody and provide timely, trauma-informed and relationship-based support that helps them address unmet needs, build resilience and achieve positive outcomes. Through trusted relationships, practical support and access to appropriate opportunities and services, the programme will support young adults to increase stability, improve mental health and wellbeing, strengthen protective factors and progress towards their individual goals, including education, training and employment where appropriate. The service will contribute to the Violence Reduction Unit's public health approach to violence reduction by supporting young adults to navigate the transition into adulthood, reduce vulnerability to violence, exploitation and offending, and improve their longer-term life chances. "features": "A Supplier's Interim Score will be determined by assessing their Quality score. Suppliers will be ranked from highest scoring to lowest scoring. It is the intention of MOPAC to invite the two Highest Scoring Suppliers to the next stage, following assessment in accordance with the steps set out above. If a Supplier achieves a score that allows them to be invited to the next stage, other Suppliers scoring the same will also be invited, which may lead to more than two Suppliers being invited. If there are less than two Suppliers who meet the minimum requirements of the Initial Tender, MOPAC may choose to proceed with those Suppliers who do meet the requirements even if this is less than two. Following assessment of all Initial Tender submissions, Suppliers will be notified of the outcome of this stage and MOPAC will decide whether to proceed with presentations and interviews.. For those Suppliers invited to the presentation and interview stage, MOPAC will issue instructions detailing the date of the presentation and interview meeting. The top two highest scoring bidders for the technical submissions will be invited to an online presentation and interview stage."
