Summary of the contracting process

The public procurement process for the role of Conservation Architect, organised by the Royal Parks, is in the planning stage, focusing on the restoration and maintenance of heritage sites within London, UK. The buying organisation, identified as a public authority under sub-central government, operates from The Old Police House, Hyde Park, London. Potential suppliers are invited to attend an online presentation on 22 July 2026 to discuss the project details and procurement process, with feedback accepted until 28 July 2026. The procurement pertains to services in the field of architectural conservation, valued at £3.5 million, with a gross value reaching £4.2 million, set to commence on 4 January 2027, and potentially extending to 3 January 2031.

This tender opens substantial opportunities for businesses specialising in architectural conservation and advisory services, particularly those experienced with heritage assets. Companies equipped to conduct condition surveys, provide conservation advice, and engage in large-scale maintenance projects will find this opportunity suitable for enhancing their portfolio, particularly within the unique environment of the Royal Parks’ historical sites. Participation in this tender offers the chance to collaborate extensively across a range of projects, thus fostering both business growth and innovation in the conservation sector.
