    "description": "This is a Provider Selection Regime Wales (PSR Wales) Contract Notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Services (Provider Selection Regime) (Wales) Regulations 2025. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015/Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this award. Bidders should refer to the tender documents for full evaluation criteria, however, the key criteria under PSR will be assessed as follows; a) Quality - Site audit against the relevant standards and service requirements b) Value - ranking by price c) Collaboration and service sustainability - Site audit against the relevant standards and service requirements d) Improving access and reducing health inequalities - Site audit against the relevant standards and service requirements e) Social Responsibility - Bidders will be required to address questions in relation to the Well-Being of Future Generations Act, Foundational Economy and Carbon Footprint. The procurement process will be carried out in two (2) stages: Stage 1: Submission of the qualification and technical envelopes Stage 2: Submission of the commercial envelope Stage 1 is to be completed via PQQ_33886 by midday on the 19th August 2026. The pricing pack, in relation to the commercial response at Stage 2, will be issued via a separate ITT. Bidders will be made aware how to access Stage 2 on or around the 5th October 2026.
