Waste & Resources Action Programme (WRAP) is procuring environmental issues consultancy and project management consultancy services for the Plastic Reboot programme. They need substantial experience advising governments, particularly in Global South countries, on plastics and packaging policy covering governance, financing, enforcement and social inclusion. Suppliers should be able to provide strategic technical review, quality assurance, practical guidance, policy analysis, webinar input and participation in technical working groups with international stakeholders.
