Procurement Information
The procurement was conducted through an existing the Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) under the Communications Marketplace RM6124 framework that was lawfully established and advertised in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. All suppliers capable of delivering the required services had the opportunity to join the DPS, and the contracting authority is permitted to award contracts through the DPS without publishing a further call for competition. As a result, the award of the contract without prior publication in the Official Journal of the European Union or the Find a Tender service is lawful and compliant with the regulation.
