Lewisham Housing First Service Procurement The London Borough of Lewisham is looking to engage interested providers in advance of the forthcoming procurement of a Housing First service for adults with a history of rough sleeping who have complex and multiple needs. The service will support individuals to access and sustain settled accommodation, while receiving intensive, person centred support based on Housing First principles. To help shape and inform the procurement process, Lewisham Council is holding an online market warming event on: Date: Tuesday 11 August 2026 Location: Online (Microsoft Teams) The event will provide an overview of the proposed service model, procurement timetable and opportunities for providers to ask questions. Organisations interested in attending should register their interest through Lewisham.Procurement@lewisham.gov.uk. Meeting details and joining instructions will be issued to all registered organisations in advance of the event. This notice is for market engagement purposes only and does not constitute a call for competition or a commitment by the Council to commence a procurement process. We welcome interest from organisations with experience of delivering Housing First, homelessness, rough sleeping, and other services for people with complex needs.
