Notice Description

Royal Berkshire Foundation Trust ("RBFT" or "the Trust") is undertaking Preliminary Market Engagement ("PME") to inform the future procurement strategy for the replacement of their water plant installations and Reverse Osmosis (RO) units, currently providing treated water into two haemodialysis wards within the RBFT estate. As well as the associated maintenance contract requirements going forward. This is a market engagement exercise only at this point and the Trust are looking for Expressions of Interest (EOI) from providers and feedback to inform their procurement strategy.

Planning Information

Providers who wish to register their Expression of Interest (EOI) are invited to complete a market engagement form, which includes full details of the current specification and a questionnaire. The form can be requested by emailing jamie.mackay@royalberkshire.nhs.uk If interested, your EOI and completed questionnaire must be returned by 12:00 Wednesday 12th August 2026. Any EOI's submitted past this point may not be reviewed.
