Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council (the Contracting Authority) is inviting tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors for the Disposal of Household Waste Recycling Centre (HWRC) Waste Streams as detailed in the tender documents. The Framework will be divided into eight (8) Lots, and one (1) Prime Contractor and one (1) Contingent Contractor will be awarded per Lot. Each Lot includes a specific material requiring recycling treatment. Materials will be delivered by the Contracting Authority to the Contractors facility for treatment by the Contractor. Tenderers are permitted to bid for one or more Lots.",
