Notice Information
Notice Title
Provision of a Fuel Finder Service
Notice Description
The Department for Energy Security and Net Zero (DESNZ), in collaboration with Integrated Corporate Services (ICS) Digital, are planning to procure a contract for the provision of a Fuel Finder Aggregator Service. In preparation for the procurement, preliminary market engagement is being conducted to seek feedback from prospective suppliers. The route to market has not been confirmed yet however due to the digital/technical nature of the requirement, it is likely that a Government Commercial Agency (GCA) framework will be used. Technology Services 4 (TS4) Framework Agreement RM6190 has been identified as a potential route to market. Should the procurement be run via TS4, matrix Lot 2.5 may be used, comprising: Lot 2 - Transition and Service Integration and Management (SIAM) and Lot 5 - Application and Data Management. The competitive selection process would therefore be restricted to Suppliers who are successful in their bids for the relevant Matrix Lots of GCA TS4. Prospective suppliers can obtain further details on the required services, proposed approach and provide a response to a series of questions in the associated 'Request for Information' (RFI) by emailing the point of contact in this notice. PS3,000,000 excluding VAT 04 January 2027 to 3 January 2030 Two possible 12-month extensions to 03 Jan 2031 and 03 Jan 2032 5 years (3+1+1) The Buyer would like to obtain feedback from the market on the proposed procurement for the Provision of a Fuel Finder Aggregator Service.
Planning Information
Prospective suppliers can register their detail to obtain further information on the services and the proposed approach, and will have the opportunity to provide a response to a series of questions via a 'Request for Information' (RFI). Interested providers are invited to respond to this notice and register their interest in receiving further high-level information and access to the 'Request for Information' (RFI). Please register your interest via the Road Fuel, Price and Supply Team - roadfuelprices@energysecurity.gov.uk. Deadline for submission is Friday 14th August 5pm. Participation in this preliminary market engagement process is not mandatory nor are suppliers required to register interest in the planned competition process.
