Procurement Information

The contract was awarded through the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) G-Cloud 14 Framework Agreement (RM1557.14), Lot 2 Cloud Software. Following a review of available market solutions, BCP Council concluded that Imosphere Ltd was the only economic operator capable of providing an off-the-shelf software solution that met the Council's technical and functional requirements for the structured analysis of needs contained within Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), automated SEND funding banding and SEND top-up funding allocation.
