Supported Accommodation for Young Parents aged 16-21 Years
Notice Description
Together for Children (TfC) are undertaking Preliminary Market Engagement for the following: TfC Sunderland have a requirement to procure a support provider for the provision of Supported Accommodation and related services to Young Parents 16 - 21 years of age who are: -Cared for -Care experienced - open to TFC with either a Child Protection Plan or Child in Need Plan. The Supported Accommodation provision will be located in Sunderland and will provide eight 2-bedroom flats. Each flat has a lounge and kitchen area and has its own front door. The provider will guarantee all units on the identified site for use solely by TfC as part of this contract. The service will be registered with Ofsted as a Supported Accommodation registered provider and fully comply with the Supported Accommodation regulations and quality standards.
