He is very anxious and worried about being left alone, he is anxious around new people or groups. He is very quiet and won't talk unless asked a question. He will not initiate an interaction or conversation so he may not ask for help if needed. Client will answer questions or nod but sometimes needs a long thinking/processing time but he will answer usually with short answers unless he doesn't understand
