Leeds City Council’s Adult Health & Social Care Directorate intends to commission day opportunity services for adults with learning disabilities across Leeds. The services are intended to support positive, person-centred outcomes and to promote choice, inclusion, independence and connections within local communities. The council wants to develop, diversify and strengthen the city’s day opportunity market, including through innovative approaches.
