Provision of an insourced clinical support service, regulated by the CQC to deliver elective care locally for patients across sites midweek and at weekends. Additional information: This contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 and is proposed to be awarded through a call-off from an existing framework agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. This notice constitutes an Intention to Award Notice under the Provider Selection Regime. The contract has not yet been formally awarded. The standstill period will commence on 25 August 2026, being the day after publication of this notice, and will conclude at midnight on 07 September 2026, provided no representations are received that require further consideration. Any representations regarding the proposed contract award must be submitted to the Relevant Authority no later than midnight on 07 September 2026 and should be sent by email to ULTH.contracting.team@nhs.net Subject to the completion of the standstill period and consideration of any representations received, the Relevant Authority intends to award the contract to the selected provider with a contract commencement date of 08 September 2026
