Notice Description
This procurement is being undertaken to provide additional accommodation for the existing Elmsbank SEMH Post-16 College through the provision of a modular building, including an integrated personal care room within the college facility. Following a review of the school's operational and educational requirements, it has been confirmed that the proposed solution satisfies the technical specification, supports the delivery of educational provision, and can be delivered within the required project timescales while representing value for money. The proposed direct award through the framework will enable the school to secure the necessary accommodation in a timely and compliant manner, ensuring continuity of service delivery and supporting the increasing demand for specialist educational provision. Utilising the framework route reduces procurement timescales, minimises administrative effort and associated costs, and provides assurance that the appointment is made in accordance with the framework terms and conditions and public procurement best practice. The total cot is PS499,800.
Procurement Information
The contract is being awarded through the ESPO framework in accordance with the framework's direct award provisions.
