The engagement survey ( PQQ_869 - Fast Boats and Road Transport - on Jaggaer) focuses on the following objectives: a) To assess the extent to which the high-level requirements are achievable within current market capabilities across the UK. b) To gather information on different approaches to meeting the requirements and their potential benefits and drawbacks. c) To identify potential technical constraints, resource limitations, and commercial challenges that may impact delivery. d) To explore any innovative and novel solutions that could improve efficiency, reduce costs, or enhance vessel performance and compliance. As part of our market engagement to understand available solutions and supplier capabilities please complete the Supplier Engagement Survey in PQQ_ 869 - Fast Boats and Road Transport - which is available on Jaggaer. Please respond before 12:00 on 17th September 2026, by completing and submitting the questionnaire, either via Jaggaer secure message or via the response form on the Jaggaer portal.
