The framework will support United Utilities' AMP8 and AMP9 water demand reduction commitments, including reductions in domestic Per Capita Consumption and non-household business demand. The requirement is divided into two lots: Lot 1 covers water efficiency devices, associated fulfilment services and a UU-branded customer water usage survey and ordering platform; Lot 2 covers flow regulators in agreed sizes, flow rates and specifications. Appointed supplier(s) must be able to provide compliant, reliable and scalable products and services that support planned programmes, customer campaigns, bulk orders and changes in operational demand.
