Birmingham Women's and Children's NHS Foundation Trust is preparing to procure specialist healthcare services covering craniofacial orthotics and helmet therapy for patients undergoing endoscopic-assisted suturectomy, together with craniofacial orthotist services. The requirement combines clinical services with associated orthopaedic support devices and medical consumables. Delivery is planned in the Birmingham and wider West Midlands area. This market engagement will suit suppliers with established clinical capability in craniofacial orthotics, paediatric orthotic assessment and helmet therapy for endoscopic-assisted suturectomy patients. Businesses should be able to demonstrate access to appropriately skilled craniofacial orthotists and the ability to provide coordinated assessment, fitting, monitoring and ongoing patient support. Relevant providers may also need the capacity to supply, adjust and manage orthopaedic support devices and associated medical consumables as part of an integrated service.
