The consultant must be able to work within NEC4 PSC Option A, statutory requirements, relevant Welsh Health Technical Memoranda and Welsh Health Building Notes, CDM Regulations and internal procedures. The work demands sound technical judgement and the capacity to manage challenging cost, time and quality constraints, alongside complex, contentious and sensitive information.
