Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council is developing an all-Wales framework for foster care services for children and young people. The commissioning work is being undertaken through the Children’s Commissioning Consortium Cymru and is intended to support foster care provision across Wales. Participation in engagement will not confer an advantage in the later procurement.

The engagement process will provide suppliers with information and enable the Authority to obtain feedback from the market to help inform the final procurement strategy and tender documentation. Participation in market engagement activities is voluntary and will not provide any advantage in any subsequent procurement process.
