Notice Description
FCDO Services requires a single supplier to provide generic and bespoke packaging materials for its Hanslope Park operation in Milton Keynes. The scope includes standard packaging products, customised packaging solutions, and associated packaging requirements to support the Authority's operational activities. The contract may extend beyond the current core product range detailed in the procurement documents.

Lot 1
Options: The Authority reserves the right to purchase additional quantities of existing packaging materials and additional packaging products of a similar nature, including generic and bespoke items, where required to meet operational needs, provided such purchases do not materially alter the overall nature of the Contract.
Renewal: The Contract will have an initial term of 36 months, with the option to extend for up to two further periods of 12 months each (36 + 12 + 12). Extensions may be exercised at the Authority's discretion where there is an ongoing business need, satisfactory supplier performance, and continued value for money. The Authority will provide a minimum of one month's written notice before exercising any extension.
