Contract for the provision of outsourced Radiology Reporting Services (Teleradiology). Routine/elective and emergency.

Out of Hours and Urgent radiology reporting services. This notice is an intention to award a contract based on a framework agreement under the competitive process. This notice supersedes the previous Contract Award Notice [2026/S 000-013217] published 13 February 2026 and subsequent F14 Corrigenda. Following representations submitted under Regulation 12 of the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023, the contracting authority suspended the award, set aside the initial evaluation, and conducted a re-evaluation, resulting in a revised award decision for Lot 1. Approximate lifetime contract value PS6,503,735 (Lot 1). This is an existing Service. This is a new provider. Contract Start Date 01/12/2026. 3 year contract plus 5 x 12 month extension options.

Procurement Information
This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The standstill period begins on the day after the publication of this notice. Representations by providers must be made to the relevant authority by 25th September 2026. Representations can only be made by providers party to the framework agreement. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR.
