Procurement Information

A full soft market test was conducted in June 2025 however only one additional supplier expressed an interest who was unfortunately not equipped to deliver the specialist support required for young parents. The incumbent supplier is uniquely positioned to meet the needs of the service, ensuring continuity and quality of care. There are no reasonable alternatives available. The previous contracts were awarded following a competitive tender exercise.
