The opportunity suits consultancies able to provide senior strategic advice, independent analysis and Board-level recommendations, as well as teams experienced in designing and delivering business transformation and transferring lasting capability. Regulatory specialists with expertise in Ofwat price reviews, cost assessment, performance commitments, financial economics, allowed returns, financeability and risk analysis are relevant to the regulatory lot. Asset management firms should be able to develop strategic asset management capability, support long-term investment planning, improve asset information and enable data-led decisions, while helping deliver investment outcomes and improve asset reliability.
