Options: The Council may at any time add or remove fixtures and fittings (play equipment, seats etc.) at the sites during the period of the contract and no application from the contractor to adjust the contract price will be considered, unless it is considered that the changes will make a substantial change to the contract specification or have an effect on the time to carry out the schedule of works.
