Procurement Information

his procurement is being undertaken in accordance with Section 41 of the Procurement Act 2023, relying on the Single Supplier justification set out in Paragraph 6 of Schedule 5, as there is an absence of competition for technical reasons and no reasonable alternatives exist. AspenTech is the only supplier capable of providing a single process simulation and cost estimating solution that meets CPI's requirements across its full range of technology areas.
