Summary of the contracting process

Awdurdod Parc Cenedlaethol Eryri (Eryri National Park Authority) is procuring building cleaning services for its properties. The work is divided into three lots: cleaning seven public conveniences in the north of the area, ten public conveniences in the south, and the Authority’s main offices. Delivery is across the Eryri National Park area in Gwynedd and the neighbouring North Wales area, with the headquarters lot at Penrhyndeudraeth. Estimated gross values are £276,000 for the northern public conveniences, £390,000 for the southern facilities and £54,000 for the headquarters. Price carries 70% of the evaluation score and quality 30% for each lot. Suppliers may bid for lots individually; each lot is identified by its own geographical or site group.
