The contract is scheduled to run from 1 March 2027 to 28 February 2029, with two optional 12-month extensions, potentially extending to 28 February 2031. The estimated value is £500,000 excluding VAT (£600,000 including VAT). The contractor must manage budgets, project changes, file versions and approvals, and keep NWS material securely archived. Accessibility capability, including subtitles and English and Welsh voiceovers when required, is relevant. Use of AI is restricted and requires disclosure and NWS approval beyond conventional retouching.
