Coleg Gwent seeks competitive tenders for the provision of an Occupational Health & Wellbeing Service for employees.which will include:* Managing and reducing Sickness Absences.* Provide a safe working environment in line with Health & Safety legislation* Promote Health & Wellbeing to all staff* To contribute towards the Corporate Health Standard, HSE Management Standards and Investors in PeopleTenders will be considered for all or part of the following services:1) HR Referrals ; Occupational Health advice for staff including individual contact by telephone to assist management of absence, pre - employment checks, ill health referrals and medical retirement2) Health Surveillance Assessments - to meet the requirements of Health and Safety legislation3) Eye Tests4) Rehabilitation and support services - physiotherapy, chiropractic, osteopathy5) Physiological treatments - including CBT, EMDR and counselling6) Specialist Consultation- Occupational Physician and Consultant7) Employee Assisted Programme-24/7 confidential service
