A procurement process was initiated utilising the Clinical, Surgical and Diagnostics Procedures Framework Agreement (OJEU ref PRO-OJEULT-38333). Following an initial Expression of Interest to all Framework Providers against Lot 1 Outsourcing of the Framework Agreement, which garnered no interest, all providers were invited to bid on the tender. No responses were received. On this basis, only St Joseph's Hospital had the full capacity to undertake these procedures within the timescale.
