        "procurementMethodRationale": "Given the need to address the significant increase in patient waiting lists as a result of the COVID 19 pandemic. SB UHB require additional theatre capacity. The Health Board has explored various options to increase theatre capacity. This proposed award is a part of a range of measures being implemented. Given the urgent need to prioritise patient care and the lack of an existing contract/framework agreement being available, several providers were engaged with to establish their capacity to support the Health Boards need. It was also acknowledged that providers premises would need to be located within or close to the Health Board to enable efficient care to patients. Of those providers engaged with only Parkway Clinic, Sancta Maria Hospital and St Joseph Hospital were able to provide capacity.",
