Contract Award Notice for Domiciliary Care Support Service. Framework for Domiciliary Care service to deliver high quality care and support to all eligible service users within Carmarthenshire. In addition Hywel Dda Hywel Dda University Health Board will also be able call off Service Area 4.

LOT2A. Domiciliary Support Service TTT West2 Framework Providers The service will be commissioned as Stage 1 up to 5 hours and stage 2 up to 10 hrs. The focus is on not prescribing visits so that the provider is determining the number of visits required

LOT3A. Fulfilled Lives (Dementia) TTT West1 Framework Provider Service for individuals with early diagnosis of dementia. The service will be commissioned at stage 1 (up to 5 hrs week) or at stage 2 (up to 10hrs per week)
