Rhondda Cynon Taf are seeking to appoint a range of childcare providers who are Care Inspectorate Wales registered to deliver Flying Start Childcare for all eligible children aged 2 to 3. In order to obtain a position on the 'Approved List' providers will need to pass a questionnaire. This tender process will remain open and available for its entirety, allowing providers and/or their settings to express their interest and apply to join at any time. Settings must be approved before any placements can be made

Rhondda Cynon Taf are seeking to appoint a range of childcare providers who are Care Inspectorate Wales registered to deliver Flying Start Childcare for all eligible children aged 2 to 3. The services to be procured under this ITT are applicable to regulations 74-77 under chapter 3 for Social and other specific services known as "Light Touch Regime". Therefore, the Council is not obliged to comply with the full extent of the Regulations, only those parts which apply to the Light Touch Regime. This process will operate as an 'Approved List' that will quality assure providers and their proposed childcare settings. In order to obtain a position on the 'Approved List' providers will need to pass a questionnaire. This tender process will remain open and available for its entirety, allowing providers and/or their settings to express their interest and apply to join at any time. Settings must be approved before any placements can be made. The length of the Approved List shall initially be for 5 years and may be extended perpetually subject to funding and legal requirements
