Provision of Architectural Services to Create a Range of House Types for New Developments of all TenuresLinc-Cymru Housing Association Limited ('Linc') is seeking a suitably experienced, skilled and qualified organisation to provide architectural services for the preparation of designs for a range of house types suitable for all tenures that can be used by Linc's Development Team for future new build projects.The appointed organisation will be required to work in partnership with the Development Team to prepare the designs for a range of different house types suitable for all tenure types.In addition to preparing the designs, the appointed organisation will be required to manage the portfolio of designs for the remainder of the contract duration. This management responsibility will include updating designs to reflect changes in regulations, legislation, and standards. It will also include provision of all the required information and documentation to the professional advisors Linc appoints to support delivery of each individual new development project or scheme.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
