Ceredigion County Council is seeking to appoint suitably qualified and experienced consultants to help clear a significant 'backlog' of planning applications, and Enforcement cases. It is expected that the initial backlog of cases is dealt with in year 1, further case work may follow as a result of follow-up work or new allocation of cases but this cannot be guaranteed and the contract is not exclusive.
