Cadwyn Clwyd is seeling to appoint a landscape architect to oversee the delivery of 2 community led capital projects under our Green Communities project. Requirements include: Design Stage: where the project is to be deigned from Client's brief and developed with specification and full drawings prepared to invitation to tender stage which will enable Cadwyn to advertise the works via the public procurement portal. Sell2wales:The next stage will be for the supplier to prepare contracts for the accepted tender and manage the contract through to practical completion and give a completion certificate.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=120045.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
