Bridgend County Borough Council wish to Award a family group conferencing service for children in need or at risk, by supporting a whole family approach and empowering families to build on their strengths. The service will provide independent support to assist families to prepare, plan and make decisions whilst ensuring the child's voice is heard and central to the process.
