Notice Description

ClwydAlyn is seeking expressions of interest for providers of Asbestos Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys. These will make up the bulk of the contract. When the planned team have a new upgrade programme the provider will be given the addresses and requested to provide R&D surveys relating to the programme, e.g. kitchen upgrades. They will also be requested when ClwydAlyn is doing electrical re-wire/ plumbing and any other disruptive work.We will also require:* Asbestos Management Surveys and these will be needed ad hoc and will be requested when properties become void or if we take over new stock built prior to 2000.* Combination Management and R&D Surveys.* Bulk Sampling - Bulk Sampling may be requested alongside planned programmes or in properties with existing surveys which are 10 years old.* Sample Analysis - required as part of the R&D Surveys. Cross referencing of sample areas not allowed; all areas requested will need sample analysis.* Fibre Counting.* Background or Reassurance Air Testing - The removal contractor will liaise with the Sampling contractor to book these in but they will be required following removal works.
