Wrexham County Borough Council is seeking to procure services to support children, young people and parents living in Wrexham under the Prevention and Early Help Framework. Services should take a whole family approach to improving outcomes and should be tailored to individual family circumstances. There should be a focus on developing a more joined-up, responsive service provision across partner organisations that puts the unique needs of families at its heart.
