Children's Services - Operational Model Options Paper
Notice Description
Wrexham County Borough Council invite Expressions of Interest to undertake an Operational Model Options Paper. The successful applicant will be expected to undertake a scoping exercise, which will include the completion of an options paper. This options paper should review the current operational model for Children's Services in Wrexham, offering suggestions and detailing a number of different operational models for Children's Services. The alternative models should enable Children's Services to provide Prevention and Protection and should detail how a selected option would be implemented. Each option should determine advantages / disadvantages, costs and suitability and should cover the following:* Structure of the department* Management Structure* Team function, composition and size* Flow of work into and between teams* Joint work between teams* Joint work with outside agenciesNOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
