Notice Description

WEFO has planned to commission a scoping evaluation of the 2014-2020 Structural Funds programmes in Wales. The Ex-Post Scoping Evaluation will require the collation and review of current evaluations undertaken thus far. It will seek to identify common themes, examples of best practice, barriers/predictors of success, unintended effects and current gaps in the available evidence that the full Ex-Post can cover.The methodology employed in the previous 2007-2013 Structural Funds Ex-Post study should shape the design of the present scoping evaluation: it consisted of a four-stage approach with a focus on secondary analysis of existing data, information and evaluation evidence.
