1.1 Quotes are sought from a suitably qualified and experienced Provider to provide Independent Facilitation for a series of North Powys Wellbeing Programme Transformation Workshops. The half-day workshops will total 15 in all, with five Transformation areas having three phases.1.1.1 The Transformation areas are as follows:a) Children and Young Peopleb) Social Model for Healthc) Integrated Community Model and Frailtyd) Mental Health, Learning Disabilities and Wellbeing.e) Diagnostics, Ambulatory and Planned Care
