Notice Description

The current agreement for the provision of South East Wales Independent Mental Capacity Advocacy expires on 31st March 2024. It is the intention to proceed with an agreement for an Independent Mental Capacity Advocacy Service on behalf of all Health Boards in Wales from 1st April 2024. This notice is to inform the market of the future contract plans and that NWSSP Procurement Services will be holding a pre-procurement event on Wednesday 30th November 2022. The format will be a short presentation in the morning of the 30th of November via Microsoft Teams followed by a short question and answer session. This will be followed by the opportunity for individual 20 minute 1:1 sessions in the afternoon with Health Board representatives and representatives from NWSSP Procurement Services. . If the service decides to undertake a procurement exercise this will be advertised as appropriate at the relevant time. This notice is also an opportunity for any potential providers to submit requests for tender documentation in Welsh. Any requests for documentation to be provided through the medium of the Welsh language must be submitted via email to david.makani@wales.nhs.uk by Wednesday 9th November 2022.

Individual time slots will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
