Cyflwyniad a ChysywlltFel rhan or newidiadau diweddar yn y Ddeddf Rhentu cartrefi (Cymru) 2016Mae hi yn ofynol I sicrhau bod gan bob cartref sydd yn eiddo I'r cyngor Dystysgrif prawf trydanol wei e gwblhau bob 5 mlynedd.Felly mae y cyngor yn edrych am apwyntio contractwr trydanol I gynnal y gwaith yma er mwyn sicrhau y bod y cyngor yn ufudd ar ddeddf newydd erbyn Rhagfyr 31ed 2023.Mae gan y Cyngor 3400 o dai o dan ei cyfrifoldeb o fewn Sir Ddinbych ac wedi adolygiad diweddar rydym yn awgrymu bod tua 1950 o dai angen EICR o fewn y flwyddyn nesaf ac wedyn;350 arolygiad yn 2024450 arolygiad yn 2025550 arolygiad yn 2026Introduction and ContextAs part of the recently amended Renting Homes (Wales) Act, the council is obliged to ensure that an electrical test of each council dwelling is completed every 5 years. The council is therefore seeking to appoint a suitable contractor to undertake this task to ensure that the council becomes fully compliant with the new legislation by December 31st 2023.The council has a housing stock of 3400 properties, a review of our current certification has concluded that 1950 properties will require an EICR within the next 12 months. The following number of inspections are anticipated thereafter;2024 - 350 inspections2025 - 450 inspections2026 - 550 inspections
