Notice Description
This service is to provide cost support to the design team in the first phase of an extension and refurbishment of a community leisure facility on the isle of Anglesey.The two cost plans that will be required are one full design and a value engineering design option to be presented to the funding body upon completion.Working in tight timescales to meet funding deadline demands the winning contractor must be able to commit to a tight timescale and to work closely with the project manager and the lead architect to deliver on time.
